Spicy Cherry Harvest Wings

2lbs chicken wings
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salt and paper

1/2 cup American Premium Blend Cherry Harvest
2/3 cup of cherry preserves
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoon water

Preheat oven to 375 degree.
Take a sheet tray out line with foil and spray with oil.
Toss the chicken wings in some salt, pepper, and the cayenne.
Arrange chicken wings on tray and bake for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile in a small saucepot combine the Cherry Harvest concentrate; cherry preserves, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and brown sugar over medium low heat bring this to a small boil.
In a cup combine the cornstarch and the water, until it has dissolved. Then add this to the cherry mixture.
This will thicken the glaze for the wings. Make sure the cherry mixture comes to a small boil. The glaze should be thick enough to coat the chicken wings.
When it has reached the proper consistency, pour the glaze into a medium sized bowl.
After 30 minutes take the wings out of the oven and then toss them in the cherry glaze. When they are well coated place them back in the oven for 5 minutes.
Remove and enjoy.

If you want them spicier, add more cayenne pepper or even red pepper flakes to the base recipe. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
