Cherry Harvest Turkey Glaze
1 cup of cherry preserves (or jam)
1/2 cup American Premium Blend Cherry Harvest
1 tablespoon plus 1-1/2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, minced
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
3/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Add all the ingredients in saucepan.
Bring to boil and cook for two minutes.
This should reduce the liquid to about two cups. Remove from heat baste on turkey for the last two hours of cooking time in the oven.
