Michigan Tart Cherry Vinaigrette



1 lb. Spring Mix of Greens
1/4 cup Aged Balsamic Vinegar
3/4 Olive Oil
1/4 cup American Premium Blends Michigan Tart Cherry Concentrate
1 tsp. Garlic (minced)
1 tsp. Shallot (minced)
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients except greens in a bowl and whisk. Be sure to whisk well just before adding it to the greens.

You can add toasted chopped Walnuts, Red Onion, Dried Michigan Cherries, Crumbled Blue cheese, and diced/ blanched Butternut Squash as garnishes if you like.
