Cherry Rum Frozen Cocktail
This frozen Caribbean cocktail hails from sunny Anguilla. Serves one.
2 oz. Bacardi light rum
2 oz. coconut milk
6 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. American Premium Blends Cherry Harvest concentrate
1 whole strawberry
2 cups ice
Place American Premium Blends Cherry Harvest concentrate on the bottom of a chilled medium or large wine glass.
Gently swirl around the sides of the glass several times.
Combine rum, coconut milk, pineapple juice in blender.
Add ice and blend until smooth.
Pour into the wine glass and garnish with whole strawberry.
