Michigan Cherry Balsamic Glaze



5 oz. American Premium Blends® - Michigan Tart Cherry Concentrate
2 oz. black balsamic vinegar
3 oz. dried cherries
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 tbs. shallots finely minced

In medium sized sauce pan on med/high heat add all of the ingredients and reduce by half for 15 minutes. Put into food processor until all ingredients are blended well. This is the perfect fish glaze it holds to high temps and keeps its flavor of tart cherries bite after bite. Try it on pork chops.
