Michigan Cherry Harvest Crepes



17 oz. milk
7 oz. all purpose flour
½ tsp. salt
1¾ oz. sugar
1¾ oz. oil
3 eggs
1¾ oz. rum
¾ oz. lightly browned butter
1 oz. American Premium Blends® - Michigan Tart Cherry Concentrate

Mix together all the dry ingredients and sift. Mix together all the liquid ingredients and mix into the dry.
Heat pan with a small amount of butter, just to coat the bottom. Use a ladle to pour a small amount of batter in bottom of pan, swirl the pan to coat the bottom with the batter.  Flip when bubbles start to appear on surface of crepe. Finish with some fresh berries soaked in some rum and sugar. Top off with some fresh whipped cream.
