Ounce a Day Recipes

One ounce a day is all you need. But how do you use it? Mix it with water, club soda or your favorite cocktail. Make healthy ice-pops for the kids, flavor the water in their “sippy cup” or pour it over crushed ice for a snow cone. Use it on pancakes instead of syrup. Enjoy it with yogurt or in a smoothie.
